Tuesday Photo Challenge
Tuesday Photo Challenge
I love wild plants just as long as they’re not in my yard. 😀 Tuesday Photo Challenge
Here are some of my favorite banks from the past: Tuesday Photo Challenge
…and we have reached the final Photo of the Day of 2018.
The best travel experience I’ve had 2018 was definitely my solo trip to Capitol Reef National Park in September. Of course, the trip was awesome. It made me realize the freedom of solo travel. I didn’t have to sleep and wake on schedule. I could choose what to eat and where to dine. And I…
And of course, how can I forget this great sunset which I witnessed in early August? Seeing this makes me look forward to summer again despite the sweltering heat.
There were plenty of anticipation in 2018 From heading to China to visiting Bryce Canyon to hiking Sardine Peak to seeing a brilliant sunset on Antelope Island to take a solo trip to Capitol Reef (despite everyone was advising against it) and to patiently anticipating my next hike in 2019. Tuesday Photo Challenge
I closed May 2018 with a hike with my mom and a group of enthusiastic hikers.
…and we are into May. Yay!
Here is a look from my third hike this year – the hike that probably brought new fears to my life and had the most impact on my hiking experience even though I can most definitely blame myself for wearing poor traction shoes on this hike.
I had my second hiking adventure at the end of February.
After China, my next adventure was originally going to be heading home to sleep and to re-adjust to the time zone but my mom had other plans.
This will definitely go down as one of my most memorable views of 2018.
Every year, right about the week of Thanksgiving, I will begin to reflect upon the year – travels, hiking, adventures, accomplishments, etc.
I was quite saddened when I found out Cee decided to discontinue the Which Way Challenge as it is one of my favorite photo challenges even though I haven’t participated in a few weeks. It was why I took only a few which way photos when I went on my road trip last week.
Here is one of my experimental photos.
Even though I’ll be busier than usual, the best part of my mom’s friends coming is always getting to go to new places and see new things I don’t usually get to see.
The forest is, in my opinion, a twisted place.
Here are a few of my favorite photos involving flowing water and waterfalls. Enjoy!
This was taken last summer at the Dinosaur National Monument in Vernal, Utah. Just imagine, millions of years ago, this land was the bottom of the ocean.
This week’s topic for the Tuesday Photo Challenge is Force and I thought what better way to showcase force than Bryce Canyon? After all, the place was created by the forces of nature.
After begging my mom for years to take me to Bryce Canyon, I finally got to go in January 2018. My aunt and mom went during summer of 2017 and my mom described Bryce Canyon as a magical place.
