For those wondering if I got to go on my little day trip last Sunday, I did but I didn’t get to go to the place I wanted.
I decided to do an old photo for this week’s edition of Photo of the Day, just because the weather has been yucky lately, making me to want to stay home.
It’s been one crazy week and it’s all caused by Mother Nature.
It’s Friday again, which means it’s time for me to share another one of my shots.
Ever since I got Lightroom, I’ve been playing with some of my old photos, let’s just say I went back and took a look at the photos with figuratively speaking “a brand new set of eyes.”
I finally had time to sort and adjust my photos over the weekend. I was quite hesitant to look at this set of photos.

The best travel experience I’ve had 2018 was definitely my solo trip to Capitol Reef National Park in September. Of course, the trip was awesome. It made me realize the freedom of solo travel. I didn’t have to sleep and wake on schedule. I could choose what to eat and where to dine. And I…
And of course, how can I forget this great sunset which I witnessed in early August? Seeing this makes me look forward to summer again despite the sweltering heat.
I closed May 2018 with a hike with my mom and a group of enthusiastic hikers.
