I think I’ve mentioned this more than once in the past few weeks that I was walking in a parade this Independence Day. That’s how excited I was before yesterday. This was my second time to actively participate in a parade, my first was 8 or 9 years ago when I walked in the Pioneer Day parade.
Anyway, the float in the picture, that wasn’t the float I walked alongside yesterday. I walked with my church family. This float just so happened had been parked across the street and it’s the float of my alma mater, the school where I got the degree that mattered. The clock tower on the float represented the clock tower at the main campus.
