How do you like your eggs?

I like my eggs in all manners except raw. My favorite ways to eat my eggs are of course fried, scrambled, or as French Toast. However, since I’m trying to stay healthy, I’ve come to find new and healthy ways to cook and incorporate eggs into my everyday diet. So far, I’m liking my eggs hard-boiled and poached. I’m finding hard-boiled eggs are great on salads. Yum.

Have you ever met anyone famous?

Let me think. No, I don’t think I’ve met anyone famous.

What was the first thing you bought with your own money?

Probably clothes and food. The first large purchase I bought with my own money was my Fitbit which was an excellent investment on my health.

What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.

I finally felt my jitters and anxiety slip as I saw the scammer’s check bounce from my bank account which was something I appreciated. The thing that made me smile was the fact that I invested in a self-hosting blog. I have been wanting to do this for a few years now but I was afraid I might lose the readership I’ve developed over the year. However, I decided to take the plunge and I am glad because a self-hosted blog will allow me to do a lot more than I can do here.

If you’re curious, please check it out, I will be moving there very soon.
