Three Lines Tale: A Cup of Tea

“They say a cup of tea can melt a heart,” she says, placing her favorite red kettle on a red towel.

He doesn’t believe her; he crosses his arms and sits in his corner, sulking.

“Come on, Jack, honey, give it a try.” She urges, holding a steamy cup of tea in his direction.

This is a response for Sonya’s challenge, 3 Lines Tale, where we write 3 lines about the picture above.

I guess it’s too early for Christmas. 😀 Jack is referring to Jack Frost.
