“You know,” Christina says holding a binocular to her eyes, “I think they’re fighting again.”

“Don’t spy.” Her husband, Steve, says flatly flipping the large pages of the newspaper. “It’s rude.”

“That is a dangerous thing to do, fighting on the balcony. One of them can fall into the reservoir.” Then she gasps sharply, “No no no! He fell in.” She drops the binoculars and rushes for the back door. Steve sighs, puts the paper down, and follows. When he arrives on the back porch, she shrieks, “Where is he?”

He looks at the balcony and pointed at the balcony.
